Originally from Massachusetts, Mr. Haley is proud to have served in the United States Marine Corps in Viet Nam as a combat helicopter crew chief. He had four years of decorated distinguished service.

Mr. Haley is a past president of the Corona Rotary Club, a recipient of the Corona Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year award and the Boy Scout Distinguished Citizen award. He has served as a board member on many charitable and service organizations in Corona.

Dick and his wife Christine have five adult children. He has lived in Corona for more than thirty years and owns a business in Corona.
