The Communications Center is located on the first floor of the Corona Police Department. The center is staffed by a team of 18 full-time dispatchers, 3 part-time dispatchers, and 4 supervisors. Each of these people are highly trained in handling police, fire, and medical emergencies. They are certified in Incident Command, CPR, and Emergency Medical Pre-arrival Instruction. They are also certified by P.O.S.T. (California Peace Officers Standards and Training).
