Sign Improvement Program (SIP) TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
Under SIP, the Agency provides financial assistance to remove/replace outdated signs. The Agency's financial assistance may provide, up to 100% of the documented cost to remove outdated signage, 100% of the documented cost for sign design, and 50% of the documented cost for sign replacement up to pre-determined maximums. The goal of this program is to promote business pride and ownership by creating a positive commercial/retail environment and enhancing economic growth in the area. Facade Improvement Program (FIP) TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
Under FIP, the Agency provides financial assistance to revitalize the exterior appearance of existing buildings. The Agency may provide 75% of the documented costs up to pre-determined maximums. The goal of this Program is to promote business pride and ownership by creating a positive commercial/retail environment and enhancing economic growth in the area. Home Improvement Program (HIP) TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
The Home Improvement Program (HIP) was created to assist Corona homeowners with the rehabilitation and preservation of their homes. Under HIP, the Agency may provide to qualified applicants a grant up to $10,000 or a forgivable loan up to $40,000 with no monthly payments and 0% interest.
