Management Team Announcement

Darrell Talbert has announced the selection of his management team. Current Police Chief Michael Abel and current Administrative Services Director Kerry Eden have been appointed as Assistant City Managers effective April 17, coinciding with Talbert’s first official day as City Manager for the City of Corona. As part of continued cost containment measures, Abel and Eden will continue to oversee their respective departments as well as their newly appointed roles. Read More >>

National Library Week

It’s time to celebrate National Library Week!  April 12 to April 18 are the official dates but the Corona Public Library’s Teen Advisory Council (TAC) is kicking it off a day early on Saturday, April 11 with a Teen Art Festival in the Community Room.  Students in grades 6-12 can join us from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  We will have seven art stations as well as three workshops.  Each workshop will have three 45-minute sessions during the festival. Corona Citrus Challenge

At the 2015 Mayor’s State of the City address Montanez introduced the Corona Citrus Challenge to the community inviting Corona residents to join him in planting a citrus tree in their yards in hopes to bring the scent of citrus blossoms back to Corona. Read More >>
 

Corona Military Banner Program

The Corona Military Banner Program recognizes and honors Corona residents and their immediate family members who are serving on active duty in the United States Armed Forces.
