First Time Homebuyers Seminars

Step #2: Attend a First Time Homebuyers Seminar

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) sponsors housing counseling agencies throughout the country to provide free or low cost advice to home buyers. The City of Corona requires that all borrowers receiving First Time Homebuyer Program assistance attend a HUD approved First Time Home Buyer Seminar. Homebuyer counseling addresses vital information such as Money Management, Credit Education, Predatory Lending, and Responsibilities of Homeownership.
